Not a bad lil hot tub for a budget. Its not the same as a permanent type hot tub but for the price and the convinance of mobility i couldn't be happier with the product. Some things to note before setting one up is to fill it in stages and at each stage allow the heater to warm the water fully. If you fill it completely and then try to warm it well take forever. The product does appear to be well made and durable. It seems to be made from the same material as moderen air mattress's so if you would puncture it then a patch can be secured quickly and at little cost

Its a smaller hot tub which is ok but there is a long clear hose that runs along one side of the hot tub which they don't explain to you before you purchase it. It leaks alot and is not put together well. I have never had a hot tub that had and outside plastic tubing. Also the hot tub is smaller that the ones we have had before, and there is only jets on 70% of the lower part of the tub. Its ok for the price but I would not recommend it due to these reasons.

So far so good. Took about 36 hours to heat a full tub from 50F water to 104F, but now it's staying around 102-104 pretty easily, even in 25F weather (they don't recommend 40F, but so far it's been fine). It's GREAT that the cover was included, that helps a lot, and protects the spa from the cats, they love to just sleep on the cover and it supports their weight just fine. The clear tube on the side is a bit weird, and I'm afraid someone will step on it, also it came with a huge kink/squish in it because of the way it was packaged, but so far it is holding up with no leaks. Instructions were unclear, but I figured it out. I was expecting tubes from the heater to the tub, but the heater actually hooks up DIRECTLY to the tub, which I guess is okay. A little mobility would have been nice though. Also, you can't inflate the tub any further with the heater once you hook up the heater to the tub. It seemed like it was only 90% inflated when I aired it up at first, but after it's full of hot water, the water pressure makes it feel 100% inflated and pretty sturdy. You can't use the bubble jets while heating at the same time; but that's common for these types of tubs. The bubbles are very forceful, creating realistic spa-like 3" perturbations in the water. Not jets by any means, but very bubbly for sure. And it only lowered the temp 2F even after having them on for about 10 minutes. All in all, great buy and very relaxing to have, I look forward to it every night now. Not sure how to change the filters yet but I guess I'll find out next week!Read full review

Bought one from VM innovations on November 18, 2017 already the pump quit, good thing it was warrantied for a year, they replaced it. Now recall I have only had tub for 7 months. Hooked up new pi=ump, now the tub deflates. If you want one to last more than 7-12 months spend the extra on a better quality and especially a different brand. Now I have a useless 400.00 item in my back yard and had to buy a new one from intex. The quality on intex by far surpasses this salu spa peice of trash. So save your money and get a real hot tub or look into a better made tub. Most reviews state these don’t last over a year anyway. Tub is only covered for six months. Cant find leak anywhere. And would not even buy another to replace and fix it. Photos of deflation after two weeks of new pump the tub went bad.Read full review

We wanted a hot tub to relax in, but didn't want a huge investment. The inflatable tub fit. We did have some problems finding a new one, but with some patience, we did. Maintenance is minimal. The bubbles are stronger than I thought they would be, that's nice. Only one complaint would be , no jets. It'll be easy to store away when the hard winter hits.

Installation was fast and easy and everything was simple to understand. After using this spa for a mouth we encountered 2 issues. 1.. is the quick timer, it works correctly but it would be nice if this unit had a timer you can set once and be done instead of a timer that needs setting everyday. 2.. water temp, while jets are being operated the water temperature drops to fast because the pump blows cold air through the air tube. We are still waiting to see how using this spa effects our power bill.

Great spa, easy setup heats up quickly, love the the timer feature From 1 to 48 hours saves on the electricity bill. Was pleasantly surprised if you register the spa within 15 days of purchase they extend the warranty from 90 days on tub to one year and the pump from one year to 18 months.

We purchased this spa to replace the same model we've had for 5 years. The pump on our model had started to leak. We've been very happy with this unit, we use in the summer months and disassemble and store the rest of the year. The set-up instructions on the new model could be better.

This is our second Bestway inflatable spa and we like it very much. It's incredibly easy to set up and the water was heated within 24 hours to a perfect soaking temperature. After a bit of coaxing, I convinced my neighbor to join me for a soak to alleviate her congested allergy condition. She went home breathing much easier! We're in there at 6:30 am and again in the evening; perfect way to begin and end the day. This one has an added benefit of a more heavily padded bottom. We have a good time with this all summer (perfect to ease tired muscles after hours of yard work) and all winter when we revel in the hot on a cold evening.

Good value for the money but no jets just bubbles comming from bottom. Thats fine for me just wanted a hot tub. Another problem is temperature fluctuates from 102 and 104. Max is 104, thats fine but when im ready to get in its 102. Yes the lid and cushion are on and yes the temperature is set at 104 and yes its on an enclosed porch in florida with temperatures at night in the 60s and during the day in the 80s. The temperature is the only problem for me other than that its a dream machine!
