Item was basically destroyed when it arrived so we refused to take it. The box was ripped open in sever places and looked like someone tried to re-tape it. FedEx loaded it back on the truck and took it back with them to return it to the seller. Now the seller wants to give us a discount for an item we don’t have and didn’t accept from FedEx. They are very hard to communicate with. Refund our money.

1st..package showed up destroyed. 2nd ..missing all hardware...3rd..its made from bed frame material and NOT SAFE AT ALL....4th...I've contacted this seller and once I sent pictures and described the problems and asked for a refund. They quit responding now for 4 days ...now I haft to go threw ebay ..what a waste of money
