Boots where nice, but I did the make an offer on them and seller accepted, looked at shipping fees, if I had just bid or bought boots. Then was charged a bigger shipping fee that he had on his post. Not the only seller that did this. With the additional shipping fees I paid about the same price item would have been if I had just purchased them, verses make an offer. Lesson learned, will not do make an offer again as I did not really get them cheaper.

Thank you for your purchase. The shipping is based on distance and weight. Ebay provides estimated shipping costs based on your zip code and the weight of the item. I'm sorry that the final shipping fee may have been larger than estimated, but it was shipped across the country and the boots did have a little weight to them. Ebay also collects sales tax which increases your costs. Shipping and sales tax charges I don't control or benefit from.
