Its the Z2 force with a bigger screen but no shatterproof screen . Same processor and ram even graphics card . Only has Gorilla glass 3 which most phones have a minimum of Gorilla glass of 4 or 5 The sound is good , I even added the metal Lenovo bumper to easily add and remove my moto mods as I have had the Z force 1 Z2 force and now this the Z3 which I would have loved a Z3 force or even better Z4 force but they never got made. This is a good phone for me as I am very careful with a glass screen protector and metal protective bumper and with the moto mods they cover the phones camera for protection . The best moto mod is by far the Turbo power moto mod . it has lights that show how far its charged . I ended up giving my wife my Z force when I upgraded to the Z2 force then Got the Z3 I gave her the Z2 force so now we have the same phone basically but the Z2 has shatter proof plastic screen and I have a Gorilla glass3 screen and a 6" screen as they moved the fingerprint tot he side (which I though would be a pain but is actually nice . I also noticed on the Z2 force since the fingerprint sensor is on the bottom and also running 9.0 pie android you can do a swipe on the fingerprint sensor and remove the triangle circle square navigation buttons for more real estate on screen). Well I got use to touching the finger print to turn the phone on and off , Where as the Z3 the finger print only turns it on and on the left side of the phone there is a power button to turn it off and I didn't understand why until I started using it . It comes down to location as it's on the side when your using it in landscape mode you would accidentally be turning your phone off all the time due to the location but it's so easy to just use the power button. If they would have just kept the shatter proof screen , added a 845 snapdragon processor and a 630 graphics processor it would be a 6 star phone . They further dropped the ball by making a ^ series processor on the Z4 which is Horrible !!!!! An I have had Motorola phones for over 12 years . I tried Samsung and hate all the bloatware , LG is Good to especially the new V50 and lg 8 by removing the rear fingerprint sensor. But the operating system is not pure android and with Nova launcher it helps but the settings menu is different and is just not a quality phone in comparison . The only other phone that compares is the Google pixel 4 Read full review

Quite pleased with the phone. Only complaint is that the fingertip recognition feature did not work. Could not get it to read my fingerprint.

Got this phone so I could use future 5g feature with Verizon. Phone like new and replaced my Galaxy s8+. Purchased the Moto stereo feature and love it.

This is exactly what I was looking for: a like-new phone for a reasonable price. I've had it for a few weeks now, and it's still working well. Good battery life, good display. Works with the Moto mods I already have. No complaints.
