The product I received was exactly as described; their careful packaging demonstrated concern for customer satification and their business reputation; and, along with the owners manuals they provided their own quick reference guide to get you up and running effortlessly. A+++++++++ John answered questions that I had before the purchase and after, followed up to see if everything was ok and answered a few questions I had. The item was packaged very carefully so that it was protected and could not shift during transit. In addition to the manufacturer’s  booklets that came with the unit originally, he had created a very helpful quickstart guide. The service has been outstanding. Better than I have received on any item I’ve purchased before!
