Item was not as photographed and seller was very rude when I pointed it out. When I sent her the photo of the bad patch work done on the insole, the eventually accused me of not knowing how to view photos on her auction. She then accused me of being rude. She then started to misinterpret what I was saying and fabricated her own version of the facts. She finally accused me of threatening her and then ended by threatening me via eBay. This has been the worse experience I have ever had on eBay.

"If you want to make an adjustment to the price, I may keep them and if not I will go thru eBay for a refund. Then you will have to relist them and show all that someone did to them. Sad because of what they once were and sad for me and probably for you."

Seller bends the facts and makes threats. I said I had sold/bought 40 times more than her. Never said what she said I said. I also did as eBay suggest. Pointed out the defects in the shoes. Wanted to come to an arrangement before going thru eBay as suggested by eBay. I did not threaten her. She Imagines things. It cost me $40 to get rid of what she put in these shoes and replace with proper Allen Edmonds insoles. She only refunded me $25. I probably should have sent the junk back to her.
