The product was NOT new although it was described as such in the original listing. It had a broken corner with signs of having been glued and this was the only part that was not shown in the photos (strange, is I not?). The wheels and rollers also show signs of having been used. Two of the springs in the couplers that are meant to keep them straight are also not there.
