Basically an opener. Item is NOT new as stated in auction. I reached out to seller about the condition of item (mainly window/plastic) because there were several scratches & blemishes not picked up in pictures. Seller made excuses. I get that we don’t catch everything. Although, instead of excuses, have solutions. I would have left neutral but at one point during texting, seller asked if I was making a threat! I was simply saying with 30K items you might miss things. Not sure what seller thought
