Poor packaging
Item was not packed well The address label and packaging were taped together The item box was dented and torn on front cover. The UPS driver couldn’t explain how this made it through the system fortunately the driver was familiar with my home.
This was supposed to be a gift The seller doesn’t allow returns . My issue is the care that should’ve taken to ensure that the item arrived intact

You need to ask your UPS driver how he/she managed to mangle my package I mailed in PERFECT condition.
