The item was well worth the price paid, unfortunately the shipper not so much. USPS shipped to package to my area and then back to the Houston area and then back to my area taking an additional 3 days to deliver it. In the process I guess it got thrown around and caused damage to the rack mounting flange. The power supply is in working condition. I have no issues with the seller. It was packaged well, just mishandled by the shipper and feel that USPS should reimburse at least part of the cost.
