    LOVE my Chamberlain System

    Love my Chamberlain garage door opener with it being a belt drive system, and battery backup, and WiFi capable. I added this gateway and an APP on my Android phone, and I now get notifications of openings and closings, anywhere where I have internet. I can also open and close the door from this App, and Chamberlain has safeguards about doing this by flashing the side lights, like 10 times, and a beeper, if I am closing the door without being there, to see if anyone is near or under it. I live in Tampa Bay area and when recently on a vacation in Canada, I got a notice that the door was opened, and no one should have. Called my daughter and she found out it was my handyman doing some work, and was permitted to enter, and had my keypad code. The opener was easy to Install and wire, and ...

    Works great, get alerts when garage doors (each one) is open or closed, can open/close remotely

    This is a great device, very simple to setup and controls both garage doors flawlessly. It also lets me know if a garage door is open (or closed) and how long it's been in that state (open/closed). I get an iOS notification anytime someone changes the garage door state. I have a LiftMaster 8550 (myQ capable, but requires this gateway) and it works perfectly. Would highly recommend it to others.

    Cool device

    As with all things smart home it's a luxury. This works well enough and it's fairly reliable. I like the alerts I set up. My only complaint is that it doesn't work with Alexa even with the use of third party apps. I've come close with making my own app but still needs refinement also it will only work specifically for me.
