    Case arrived well packed and very quickly ordered over a weekend and was shipped on Sunday night received within less than three and a half days. Item was used but was in very good condition. Very pleased with this transaction as the price was under $10 and these cases were very expensive when new. I would use these guys again in fact I ordered another case from them for another one of my surface I have a surface 3 which is a 10 inch and I have a surface 7 which is a 12.3 . Use these guys!

    I held off on posting this review hoping the seller would offer a fair resolution, but no luck. The iPad arrived with a cracked screen. When I asked for an exchange, the seller offered a $20 refund or told me to buy a new one, return the damaged one, and pay for shipping—leaving me out nearly $300. The item was defective, yet the seller offered no real solution. I tried to work it out, but this experience was disappointing. I’d recommend buying from another seller.
