    Love my Excalibur

    Finally upgraded to the Excalibur. Had a knock off brand for the last 2 years. Glad the motor finally stopped so I could upgrade. The Excalibur trays are wonderful. I love the plastic screens that are on the shelves. No longer have to worry about my veggies falling onto all the trays below. I have heard people complain about how big it is. Well, it is smaller than the knock off I had before. Just a little wider because it is square. But definitely not as tall. Fits on my shelf better. Shelves are so easy to clean. I am very happy and glad I ordered from Ebay instead of Amazon. Bad reviews on the packing and shipping through Amazon. Very happy with my purchase.

    Very bad item description

    Item is made only for American voltages systems and this is not mentioned in item description. After all in provided operational instructions it's written: 3.Plug the power cord in standard 120 volt outlet or 220/240 volt outlet depending upon your voltage. I plugged in power cord 220 and burned the dehydrator in a 2 sec. with high voltages electricity.

    The best food dehydrator ever!!!

    My ohana loves this machine. There is so much you can do with it. The only thing I don't like is the noise when it is running. I kinda wish I had another room to put it in. If I had a little baby that needed to sleep, the sound of this running is mesmerizing and would probably do the trick. All in all, it is a great machine and we love experimenting with it. Our favorite is Kale chips and other kind veggie chips. I also love the 10 year warranty! Oh yeah and they provide a drying food guide, that really helps. I like that Anne Wigmore and Klavinska (sp.) of Hypprocrities Institute are mentioned as people who like their dehydrators.

    works well as a basic dehydrator

    Easy to use and clean. Purchased the non-timer version and use a regular lapm timer to run it. Got glass door to see progress easily too. Not a small unit, takes up a good amount of counter space. Fairly simple unit and should be fairly easy to repair and keep working.

    Really nice

    I have had other dehydrators but this is the nicest so far. My last one STX went belly up after 3 yrs and no replacement parts... This one, made in the USA, I hope is long lasting and dependable It is a little on the noisy side but who cares when you are dehydrating nuts and fruits I like that you can obtain replacement parts so I feel this will be with me for a long time and then my children may want it?
