Very easy transaction. Unfortunately, though, when the item arrived it didn't quite meet the criteria for "Very Good" condition, as stated in the listing. The outer box as well as every one of the cases and liners inside showed various levels of damage as shown in my pictures. The discs themselves appear to be fine and for $5 it's hard to complain, but I might have considered other listings for the item if I knew the actual condition.

Took 14 days to get here. When received it in tight packaging, was careful getting it out so wouldn't rip it but the cover was already ripped in a way I wouldn't have been able to rip it. But overall, book is in great shape, just weird it took so long to get here. No seller communication...I have not reached out, book was at a fair price.

  • A major American big band takes one final lap around the US..

The big band headed by Stan Kenton first toured in 1940; this recording from 1978 offers a high-quality impression of its 'final chapter'. Stan was in poor health, and was determined to continue his performance regimen despite brain surgery one year prior to this date. As a member of this group, I saw his struggles with creeping age up close. The band saw its mission as a valiant final stand against Stan's declining health and vitality.
