Seller sent product with a different expiration date than what was noted in listing. I received makeup that expired in 2022. When I reached out to the seller they were rude and very defensive. I didn’t even bother returning the 2 years expired item because I didn’t want any additional dealings with them. Never said sorry I sent wrong item; just chose to be rude from the start.

eBay has a great return policy, you refuse to return the item, so no correction could be made, so I couldn’t fix anything if I wanted too. I advised you how we do you need it to mark the item as “not as described” and complete the return policy. If you wanted to do that then we could have proceeded but you refused and I couldnt help you anymore.
