After an initial problem where the unit literally stopped recording my steps, I resolved the issue with a call to support. The watch has tons of watch faces. You can keep 5 faces within the watch and flip them around depending on what is happening. While walking my dog I use Readable Stats V3 for ease of use and lots of good feedback, but I like the Intersection if I am going out to dinner and can change the color to match my or my wife's outfit. After several weeks I love it. I upgraded from a Fitbit Charge 3 and was worried the large size would bother me. Not until long sleeve weather and then I will deal with the bulk. Love it!

If you have a small wrist this smartwatch physically hurts to wear with the standard band. I ordered some different style bands hoping this resolves the problem.
