The head of the doll was a bit unexpectedly wobbly but other than that, I have nothing but good feedback to say. Seller was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. They sent me extra photos and helped me understand a mistake with shipping after an error with USPS (not seller’s fault). Item arrived on time and wrapped with care. The wobbly head isn’t that big of a deal and I’m sure I’ll be able to fix it. Great experience

This has nothing to do with the seller and everything to do with the buyer. I have a 32 inch waist. The waist on the skirt is 32 inches. The buyer was very good about communicating this. However, it was my misfortune I did not ask if there was a zip closure to the skirt. There wasn’t! I cannot get the 32 inch waist skirt over my 42 inch tips! So, lesson learned!
Seller was very quick to respond to my inquiry, and item was quickly shipped and properly packed.
