The item was faulty, with inner bin stuck the wrong way in and impossible to remove. The packaging was intact/new, therefore not a delivery problem. The manufacturer quality control failed to see the problem. By mistake I placed a negative feedback before contacting the seller. When contacted Juicydream acted quickly and correctly and replaced the bin with a new one showing to be a reliable business. Please amend my original feedback with a pisitive one. Thanks.

    Easy to install and fulfils the need very well.

    An excellent product, more sturdily made than one would expect for the price. The small increments in height adjustment enabled a perfect fit over the existing pan which suited use with the regular seat up or down. The rubber feet were stable enough in themselves but if one wished to fix it to the floor then the adapters would best be ordered at the same time. We have found that the able-bodied in this household use it too so no need to lift it on and off. Good design !

    Sturdy frame

    Good sturdy frame with raised seat. Bought for 88 year old gentlemen to assist with sitting on and rising from the toilet. Frame comes ready assembled and seat clicks on to fit. Frame is fixed width with adjustable height. I found this product to be of good quality and well worth the money.

    Excellent Quality

    Very sturdy seat that can be used with the existing toilet seat in situ. Comes ready assembled & only requires easy height adjustment and to click on the actual seat. The only issue I’d address is that although the seat can accommodate up to 30 stone anyone with an extra large derrière would find the width of the frame too narrow. I’d recommend measuring seat width requirements prior to purchase.
