Seller refunded purchase price, unfortunately both the seller and I were both victims of very poor shipping and customer service from FedEx. Item scheduled to be delivered on January 6-8, and as of today January 22, it's still showing that it's in Charlotte NC. No updates or information from FedEx at all, after multiple attempts to contact them by both phone and email.
