I was under the impression that these clocks were brand new. I ordered (3) and two seemed OK but the third had two knockouts missing, the tripper mechanisms were gone, and the clock dial was bent. I am an electrical and have to pass this off to my customer as "new." I will need to repair one of them. Also they all arrived with the clock mechanism disconnect from the housing rattling around inside the case and there is nothing to protect it from damage during transit. I would not purchase this product again
