I paid $51 dollars for an it’s that stated “open box” with no other description that it was used or suction cup was damaged. Emailed them obviously to request new ones or return them and they offered me $7 dollars. That was the most they could do etc etc. as a business owner you need to take care of your customer not say policy has no return now I need to go file a claim with PayPal and go through that process to get my money back unfortunately very unprofessional
