This experience was amazing! All the symptoms in the description of the repair service was exactly what I was experiencing and Lexus could not tell me what the issue was and at two different dealerships--I was told an absurd price that I was just NOT going to pay. This service was was quick, took about 10 days total and my radio is working fine for now (this is the first day back) So far, I highly recommend this!
