The quality is gone. The brace that holds the seat to the toilet is so thin, it will crack very easily. Also, they do not provide a way to replace the parts that control the easy close function. If that goes, you have to replace the entire unit. Others such as Kohler provide a replacement pack to remedy this problem on their seats.
