The DVD set arrived quickly and was packaged extremely well. Unfortunately, it wasn't new. There were issues with the shrink wrap, case had a crack that could have only really happened from it being opened, and Reloaded actually had surface scratches/marks on it. I immediately contacted seller. It was the weekend and they promptly responded and issued me a refund this Monday morning. Honestly, unless they actually opened it themselves, then there was no way they could have known. Excellent CS.
