    Great product

    This is a really great product that helped me to fix an issue with my neck that came up because of sitting in front of the computer too much. I'd like to point it that it cannot fix all kinds of neck problems, but works wonders for those that come from sedentary lifestyle. (I had a recent sports injury affecting the same area with which I had to pay a visit to the chiropractor, as Posture Pump could not solve the issue.) A potential field for improvement would be to replace the fabric covering the air cells to a different one, as I found the current one a bit irritating for the skin. Apart from this, I would definitely recommend the product for everyone who works long hours in front of the computer.

    Well built but doesn't provide good traction!

    This model PP did not actually provide the needed traction for my neck. I can get more traction by rolling up a bath towel, putting it behind my neck while laying on the floor, and pushing it upwards with my hands/arms. This model 1400-D... the lower back airbag inflates first and actually hinders the top airbag from providing the traction you need. It would be better to purchase the 1100 model with only the single top airbag- as it would probably provide more neck traction.. The claim that the lower (2nd) airbag "benefits the upper back spine" is not true because it just pushes against it and provides no traction there.I notice a lot of this model 1400-D on Ebay...

    Say Good bye to neck and shoulder pain

    The Model 1400-D Dual Disc Hydrator Neck Pump made by Posture Pump in the best purchase I have ever made. I heard about it while listening to Dr. John Bergman on youtube while he was using it on one of his patients. I have had continued neck problems since a car accident during my high school years and this is the first apparatus I've used which is giving me continued relief without going to the Chiropractor every few days. This is saving me so much money! --- and I am not having daily neck and shoulder pain. Thank you Posture Pump for making this product.

    Perfect

    I suffer from chronic migraines and tension in my neck. I wanted this product to help release some of that tension and cut down on the number of headaches I get. It’s been working really well for me so far. I can tell a difference. I haven’t noticed a change in my posture yet but it really seems like it’s working. My neck feels much better.
