Seller initially sent a lower model of Ring Doorbell (Ring Battery Plus). Then sent correct model after paying for return. After numerous setup attempts Ring Pro 2 model would not connect to WiFi. I’m an Elec Engineer and very tech savvy. Tried many fixes suggested on internet. Wi-Fi signal strength at doorbell was very good. Ring support said it was defective hardware. Returned doorbell to seller for refund. Disappointed with time lost and no doorbell camera but ok with sellers response.

I do NOT appreciate the seller s comment that I am not a professional installer..I have installed Ring doorbells on my house and they have worked fine for years. Also, the whole point of a Ring is that ANYONE can install it. Your particular item was defective. Period. It happens with any electric or battery-powered device. Take it up witn YOUR supplier; I have the pictures.to prove it..
