Item came quickly. Asked seller to pack the item very carefully and seller did indeed package the item with the utmost care. Item was in fact brand new as described except, because it was new from early 2010 to 2011 , the rechargeable battery inside had severe corrosion. No fault of the seller as they would have never known unless they had opened the items cover to see inside. I cleaned the corroded mess, put in a fresh battery, and it works great! My wife loves it!
