Label was printed, but never registered as received by the post office. When i contacted the seller as there was no correspondence, no update in shipping status and the item was late, The seller quickly stated that they think the post office must have lost it and were refunding my money. While I can not say with certainty, My perception is that the seller did not get what they wanted in the auction and instead found a way around finishing it. Frustrating.
