Great, easy to install filter setup.
Installed on my 2001 and 2011 Suburbans for extra transmission fluid filtration and easier filter changes. Be sure and use teflon tape on the fitting threads going into the filter housing, and tighten them down after the filter head is mounted. Been on for about a month and no leaks or issues whatsoever. Also, the lower line coming out of the trans is the pressure line on the 4L60E, top line is pressure on the 6L80E/4L80E.

good product but not as pictured
I was expecting brass fittings as pictured in the ad. They would be stronger since the hose must make an immediate 90 degree turn to fit in the space I have and this will put a strain on the plastic fittings supplied. I purposely bought this one because I thought I was going to get the brass fittings that are pictured so I am a bit disappointed and hope that the plastic fittings don't break off leaving me stranded somewhere. It would be better if it came with brass 90 degree elbow fittings.
