These guys did a great job...
I have sent several units to them for repair. Out of the 7 we have done so far, only one was totally irreparable - and they were up front about it! They let me know straight away that it wasn't going to be feasible. I sent them a couple of units the first time, and five the next time and in all instances, they were diagnosed and repaired and sent back in a very reasonable time frame. Communication was excellent - they were responsive, explained things thoroughly and made the process very smooth. I got replies back from my Emails in less than 24 hours. I sent them via USPS and got them back via USPS - which is the cheapest AND fastest way to send these heavy radios, in flat rate boxes. THANK YOU for being there and offering up this service!
