(-) Seller didn’t ship the item as fast as they advertised, though they did eventually respond (2 days after being sent a question as to when they would ship).
Item advertised as new in original packaging condition, yet arrived damaged with missing pieces (missing one clasp and a mixing mesh top piece) that causes it to leak liquid more easily, and would not allow it to be shaken (which is the original purpose). Buyer has to pay for return shipping, making it too much of a hassle to return.
