First of all, can I just say how important communication is. I've read a negative feedback, but I don't jump to that as my first solution to a problem. I too received the wrong item, but I wrote to them and they immediately issued a return shipping label, and provided OUTSTANDING customer service and a prompt refund as soon as my item had been received on their end. Mistakes are going to happen, that's life, just try communication. This seller went above and beyond IMHO and I would come back.

    It doesn't grow overnight

    Twice in my life I have had my hair fall out to the degree that I could see my scalp. The first time I fell down a flight of stairs that took me over 3 years to recover from; the second time I got some kind of bacterial infection that stressed my body so much I was in the hospital for 2 weeks. I had hundreds of tests after I lost over 60 lbs. My daughter recommended that I start using Viviscal Pro. It took several months, but I finally started to see new growth.
