The piece arrived with the USPS packaging a bit damaged (not seller's fault). The laptop was intact. The laptop looks great. (Note: ASUS Q502L is a good laptop for students, though it is a bit heavy to carry around. Windows 10 is also a bit slow to fire up with 8GB of RAM). Would definitely recommend buying from this seller. I know I will.
