I purchased the mermaid lamp and I was very disappointed. It is very cheap and it is worth $1.29 from the 99c store. It is battery operated and arrived without the tiny battery it needed. I contacted the seller who was very apologetic and immediately offered a full refund. I believe the seller's explanation that they didn't know the supplier's quality and intended to improve their merchandise. This is a very nice and honest seller and I highly recommend them.

Not at all as described. “Each bird is made of genuine sea glass” and “entirely handmade of driftwood, sea glass, wood, and glass”. Actually cheap plastic-printed junk from China. No driftwood, no sea glass, no wood, or glass at all. Seller was responsive and I agreed to a 50% refund. Out of $24.26, I received $7.27 back and got to keep the item that went straight into the trash. I guess math in China is different.
