    As a cordless landline phone, it works exactly how I want one to.

    This is a replacement for a broken handset in a group the family already uses and loves. it incorporates many features including enough range so we can use one anywhere on our one-acre property, and it holds a charge with fresh batteries long enough so we can keep it off the charge cradle for many hours through the day.

    Great phone and handset

    Great little phone; have had it for 10 years and the handsets just started loosing "button power" in the on/off button. This replacement is LIKE NEW and is perfect. All I needed were some rechargeable batteries and pairing the handset tot he base was quick and easy (found the manual online). I bet we can go another ten years!

    Better than anticipated . . .

    I've had Panasonic cordless phones for decades and have found them both reliable and comfortable. What surprised me most about this model is that it set the date and time automatically, and is most 'intuitive' in using, also. No complications here. BEST of all, it uses two rechargeable batteries instead of a specific 'battery pack'. Doesn't get more bullet proof than this! If you're looking for 'heavy', however, move on . . . this a a VERY light weight set. Also, have not been able to locate a ringer control as yet. Screen is small and a bit hard to read, but hey . . . not trying to text with it, eh ~~

    Phone works great after fixing start-up problem.

    When fist plugged in it did not work. After replacing the batteries, it was unable to communicate with the base unit. Consulting Google provided the instructions to fix this problem. Now the phone work great.

    Great Addition For Not A Lot of Money

    Easily expands the KX-TGA402 system with minimal setup. Using this to replace a worn out unit is much more cost effective than a completely new system.
