Item arrived well packed and it's fine but this is just a heads up to any picky buyers wanting this. The listing claims the item is offical but the controller has 3rd party parts such as the xbox 360 logo is not quite right and the warranty sticker looks has been tamperd with. I know it's small but there's people out there who'll care. There is an offical microsoft board in it so that part is official but some of the other pieces aren't. I don't mind though and I'm still very satisfd. A+ seller
