    For MTHFR

    Now can control my rapid heart beat / heart issues and blood pressure issues due to having 2 MTHFR Gene mutations. This methyl folate product is always available here and much less expensive than buying at my local health food store. Love those guys but I need the choice of smaller milligrams / dosage to take one capsule twice a day which works well for me. This product is great!

    Helpful Vitamin

    It is methyl folate. What else is there to say. It works if you cannot absorb folic acid. I take a similar product, Jarrow's B-Right, that also contains methyl folate along with other b-vitamins. You may need to take it with other b-vitamins to help your body absorb it. It helps me with mood, motivation, focus and energy when taken regularly.

    Works well

    Methyl is the better folate.

    There seems to be a consensus that methyl folate is better for you than folic acid. This is a good value. However there are only 60 capsules per container, so I feel I am always ordering it.
