Buyer has to pay for return shipping, making it too much of a hassle to return.

Excellent tool for the power user.
If you use your phone as much as I do, you never have enough battery. This charger will keep one fresh for you in a little less time than it takes to kill another one in the phone. If you get multiple batteries, I suggest at least 2 Chargers as well. But oem is definitely the way to go. I have tried lesser Chargers and ended up just buying the Samsung unit to get a good one. I bought a second for my wifes note 4 and we are always powered up. And for a fair price too.If you use your phone as much as I do, you never have enough battery. Okay But Not The Greatest
When I received this product I was a bit disappointed in the quality. It feels like very cheap plastic and it is very lightweight. I did like the little clear plastic snap case that came with it to carry my spare battery with me though. Not that it was very difficult to figure out how to use the product (I mean, how hard can it be) with a simple opening of the cradle, placing the battery in and plugging the battery charger cable into the unit, it wasn't rocket science. But, there was no small instruction sheet included with the item to at least let me know a few details. Like for instance how long it might take for the battery to charge, at what point will the light turn from red to green indicating the battery is fully charged?? There are better ones on the market that not only plug directly into an AC outlet, eliminating the need for a charger plug but they also shut off when the battery has reached its max capacity even though you may have left the unit plugged in with the battery in it for quite some time afterwards. This is a great feature to prolong the life of your battery of which THIS unit does not offer. As I said, it serves its purpose but if I had known how it was going to operate I would not have purchased it and if I ever have a need to purchase another one it won't be this one.

Great Product Ugly Packaging
Shame on me for not reading the description. The packaging was tattered and ugly but the product was new. I bought this as a present but could not give it in the ugly condition it arrived. 5 stas for the product 1 star for me not reading the description. If you want a great battery and charger buy it. If you want to give it as a gift, it will look like a used item

Charging Kit opinion
I thought I needed to get a spare so as to not upgrading my Note 4. I got the kit and the battery works excellent but I feel the battery was a used and doesn't hold a charge any longer than the one I had in the phone originally. But at least I have 2 batteries to work with when traveling this accessory is a must!!!

I purchased the Samung Note 4 because it is the last Note that allows you to replace the battery. All future generations don't allow this feature thus chaining the user to a plugged in charger. That was not an option for me since I run thru at least 2 or more charges per day. I just love the fact that you can put your spare battery in a separate unit to charge instead of being attached to a cord. The unit is small and handy to carry your spare battery in and takes up very little space in my purse and protects the battery while doing so.I purchased the Samung Note 4 because it is the last Note that allows you to replace the battery.
