    CAP Barbell 72 inch Solid Barbell

    This barbell is amazing, I was testing it out to see how much weight can fit and it can take on a good amount but I mainly use it with minimum or no weights for practice!!!

    Real happy to have found this bar, after having looked forever (for a 1-inch, threaded bar, long enough for our squat/bench rack support spacing) and coming up empty. After a few weeks of use, all is good with the bar. It was a bit overpriced, at least in normal times, but not terribly so (within reason, given supply demand). And the shipping went perfectly.

    Does not have the machined rings on it for hand placement. Holds 275 lbs very well, planning on more.

    Just wish it had the grooved rings on it to help with hand placement like the "real" lifting bars have. It would be worth it to pay a little extra to have the grooves machined in the bar.
