On the other hand, the United States Postal Service is horrible. Package was purchased on September 7 and placed in the mail quickly, but traveled back-and-forth from Tennessee to Florida three times and did not arrive until September 26. This is no reflection on the seller who responded to each of my inquiries.

He looked into the missing package and when it failed to arrive he quickly refunded my money. Later it arrived, repackaged by the p.o. with their info attached. Unfortunately the line cord had been lost from the package. I couldn't find another online so could not test it. Seller told me to keep it so I disposed of it. I am sorry this happened but am completely satisfied with the service by this seller.
