As pictured and described. Arrived in 5 boxes as reported. The 2 heads and the 2 line sets arrived first and the largest box being the outside unit arrived the next day. I was surprised how quickly they all arrived. I will know better when my installer actually installs them. I have another brand of mini splits in some rooms already, so I am eager to compare this much less expensive brand.

Now as far as the shelf itself. I sent a picture and you get three sets of poles. To put together all five shelves. You would have to have four sets of poles. Or you're always going to have one shelf left. Thanks again for resolving issue. I definitely would buy from seller again.
