Item looked to be in good repair/decent shape. However, when trying to set it up/connect it, I received errors and could not complete set-up. Did multiple factory resets and still no luck. Contacted seller and described what was happening. Requested refund and was accepted. Would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again.

    A work horse of a head set, I only wish it knew the job it needed to do.

    Sound quality I'm told on the other end is good as long as there is absolute silence on my end. It is very crippled with broken speech when it ain't so quiet. Expect a lot of "What did you say?" and "Can you repeat that." coming from your callers. Also, the ear piece is kind of on the low side at its max volume. I guess out of 5 stars I would rate it a 2.5 because it does have incredible battery life. In a pinch when you have got to use a blue tooth head set, this one will be ready for your longest conversations. I only hope you can hear them saying "Can you repeat that."

    Samsun Bluetooth

    It's good and cheap , it doesn't have problem sync to other devices and the battery last forever. It comes with stickers that's change the appearance of it, SevenEn la Boda de Erymael y Mariel different looks ! The only problem I have with it is that's once the little speaker breaks there is no way to fixit you have to throw it away and buy another one.

    A practical and inexpensive bluetooth headset

    I have bought this product before. It is an inexpensive and reliable product. Not only it has very long standby time, also provides every basic function which the bluetooth headset should have. Highly recommended.

    The earhooks works good after some modification.

    I bought them to replace the ones that came with my headset. They broke after a couple of times reinstalling them. The Samsung earhooks works ok but will break as well. They will not stay on my earpiece. After using contact cement to attach them they are doing ok. They do fit nicely with eyeglass wearers.
