    Item was new as described but, shipping was delayed. Honestly, I think the Seller forgot to ship item out until they saw my message (6 calendar days/4 business days after purchase) asking if item had shipped and if so, please advise and forward the tracking number. I received no response to that inquiry. Also, I thought I was buying from their Newport, NC location but, saw tracking number originate out of Plattsburgh, NY(was told from 2nd location). Seller communication could've been better.
