I paid to return poorly constructed pants then she withheld refund of original shipping. On the listing she stated accepts returns, buyer pays shipping. I did that!
We exchanged messages several times but was told it was an understood policy to not refund shipping. I didn’t even get all the tax I paid refunded.
Seller is very difficult to deal with and I did not want to leave this feedback but it is the truth. I have many years as a buyer and seller on EBay , this is the first negative feedback
