    We have not even opened the delivery packaging. Because we had contacted the seller on more than one occasion AFTER our payment and BEFORE the Baby Shower and even still…this seller offered NO signs of the item arriving in a “timely” manner. We never leave negative feedback but the final straw is…we TOLD seller….DAYS…still DAYS before item arrived that it was too late…seller wrote back and said that WE would still have to pay for return shipping. (Over-priced shipping I might add. )

    Hi. As we kindly explained at the time, the item you ordered was despatched within 24 hours of you placing the order. Unfortunately once the order has been shipped we are at the mercy of USPS. They took longer to deliver the item which we are so sorry about. However, you did receive the item. As we explained if you no longer needed the item we needed it returning to refund you your money.
