      Sure, quick cure for constipation

      If I'm not too horribly clogged up, 1 of these will have me feeling fine within half an hour of deciding that I need it. If I'm so bad I'm afraid it's not enough, I'll mix the contents of 2 of them into a 1500 ml disposable enema bag of warm water. That will give me crampy diarrhea for a while, but I'll be better within a few hours of taking it. Either way, it's a sure cure.

      Works well to flush a cecostomy tube.
