I received this item and upon opening the box I noticed a long crack in the black hopper. I notified the seller who advised me to contact the manufacturer. They gave me an 800 number to call. I responded by telling them I’m 83 years old and having hearing aids which are not very compatible with phones, and could they contact the manufacturer for me! Still waiting on response. Can you help?
