Really feel like I got cheated on this deal. The laptops do not hold a charge. Instead of 2 Switch 12s, he sent a Switch 12 and a Switch 5. I also bought one other. I requested $60 for replacing each battery but the most he was willing to give for the partial refund was $40 each. After installing new $45 battery, the laptop still doesn't charge. So now I'm out the money for the laptops, have a battery I can't return, and have wasted a lot of time and energy with this seller. BUYER BEWARE!
