Yes the item was exactly as described, just a few things that had to be popped back in, probably due to shipping. The attempt to install Windows 11 also somewhat degraded the performance of the laptop until Windows 10 was reinstalled, so that's something. However, I do think the intent was positive, so I appreciate that. From this experience, I can say this seller is good, as a first time buyer.
