Use this almost daily
I have a terrible back I’ve had 5 back surgeries and the last was a spinal cord stimulator for pain It’s not very effective anymore and I’m now scheduled for a 6 level fusion in two months All of this causes my back muscles to tighten and become painful. Arthritis and nerve pain relief
This works to relieve my nerve pain and arthritis pains in my hip, lower back and knees. I was able to wean myself off of 2400 Mg of Gabapentin completely with this and exercise.
